Tan30 Terms & Conditions – Everything from Membership to Betting

This Terms & Conditions document serves as a legally binding agreement between tan30 and its users. By accessing our services through the tan30 website, mobile app, or any other channel, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms.

To open an account with tan30, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to participate in online betting under the laws of your country.
• You must provide your correct name, mobile number, date of birth, and address at the time of registration.
• Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all of them will be closed.
• One mobile number and one payment method can only be linked to a single account.
• After registration, tan30 may request identity verification at any time.

Once registration is complete, you will automatically be enrolled in the tan30 loyalty program and start earning points on every bet.

Tan30 takes a firm stance against underage gambling. As part of this commitment, we follow a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Identity verification requires submission of one of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID) – clear photos of both sides
• Passport – photo of the data page
• Driving License – photo of both sides

Proof of ownership of the relevant mobile banking number may also be required for payment method verification. Withdrawals will be restricted until the verification process is complete.

The following policies apply to all financial transactions on tan30:

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 BDT.
• Deposits can be made via approved payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes.
• Deposits from another person's mobile banking account into your account are not permitted.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawals may be held until identity verification is completed.
• Withdrawals can only be processed via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals for standard members are processed within 1–24 hours; Diamond members receive priority processing.
• Winnings derived from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

All bonus offers at tan30 are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus:

• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement — typically between 5x and 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they must first be converted to real funds by meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• Bonuses have a limited validity period — any bonus not used within the specified timeframe will be automatically cancelled.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in the bonus being cancelled and your account being suspended.
• Tan30 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses may only be used in the markets specified in the relevant promotion, where separate restrictions apply.

The following rules apply when placing bets on tan30:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the Cash Out feature is available.
• Tan30 reserves the right to void any bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded, unless otherwise specified.
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, your bet will not be automatically cancelled — any bet that has already reached our server remains valid.
• Tan30 sets the maximum bet limit per event for each member, which may vary by tier and event.

For any betting disputes, tan30's decision shall be considered final. However, you may appeal any decision through our support channel.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tan30 platform:

• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or any automated method.
• Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Claiming bonuses repeatedly using multiple accounts.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Using tan30 for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

Tan30 believes that betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We want every member to have a safe and enjoyable experience, which is why we offer the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Option to temporarily lock your account for a set period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from betting for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.

Members may request to close their account at any time. If there is an eligible balance and no breach of terms at the time of closure, that balance will be refunded.

Tan30 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. The following process will be followed when changes are made:

• Members will be notified by SMS or email at least 7 days before any significant changes take effect.
• Updated terms will be published on the website with the date of change clearly indicated.
• Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of those changes.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account and withdraw your balance.
